There are many possibilities, many of which are listed in the other answers. Since Cincinnati is pretty much a German town, there are many German cultural centers and parks. The most picturesque "German village" in town is probably Mainstra脽e village across the river in Covington. There are always German-flavored festivities going on there. Viel Gl眉ck!
