If you are religious, Cincinnati does have a lot of churches since we are located in the Bible Belt.

If you go to Newport there is the Tropicana which is like a dance club/bar.

You can also pick up the Cincinnati Enquirer and read the Weekend section on Fridays which tell of events that are going on. Maybe you can meet some people there.
