Has anyone visited the National Freedom Center in Cincinnati?

Travel Info
I'm planning a weekend get-away to Cincinnat and thought I'd like to visit the museum. How long does it take to tour it all? Is it crowded on Satudays? Thanks.

Travel Tips
I've never been but a few of my friends helped work on the launching of the center and they said it was awesome! Plus you are right by Great American Ballpark so you can hit up a Reds game, too.

It has all the tourist info you need.

The National freedom Center is OK - but mainly involves watching a series of short films. The building is cool ..and large and it probably won't be crowded as visitor numbers are not great. I'd say 3hours is plenty.

Personally I prefer Union Terminal Museum, the Art Museum in Eden park, the Aquarium over the river in Newport and if it's good weather the Zoo.

If you don't mind heights you can go downtown to the Carew Tower - the tallest building and for just $2 get a great view of the tri state from the top.

You really should spend some time across the river in Kentucky in the Newport area - great restaurants and lovely view of the city.

The Radisson Hotel even has a revolving restaurant with great views especially at night.
Yes, I live in Cinncinnati and have went. It was not as good as many had said, but a great experience. You may also want to visit the Crone's Conservatory, Cincinnati Art Mueseum, and Cincinnati Children's Children zMUseum
It's not crowded on Saturdays or any other day of the week. No one goes there. I don't mean to sound like a smart *** or mean, but it's the truth. Visit our zoo, one of the best in the world. Krohn Conservatory is also real nice. Also, lots of things to do on the Kentucky side of the river. Again, I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but there are tons of other very cool things to do in Cincy besides the Freedom Center.
