I guess it depends on how old they are. There are commercials for Holiday Inn that kids eat free if you stay at their hotel.
Welcome to the Queen City! Cincinnati is loaded with restaurants that let kids eat free. My fav is the Lone Star Steakhouse, there is one in Sharonville and one in Tri County in Springdale. Up to 12 years old! It is on Tuesday nights if that matters. Great treat for the kids.
