Help. Need apartment management review for Clifton? |
Travel Info I have my reservations about living in Clifton BUT... I saw an apartment online that looks fab, and is advertised as safe managed by these rentclifton.com. Anyone heard of them? Do they keep their properties up? Will a good company make it any safer? Travel Tips I have not hard of the website. Only you can look at a property and decide if it looks good to you. Good housekeeping in public areas is likely to discourage undesirable people from hanging around. That is under control of the landlord. Location is important. You have to think about how difficult it will be to get in and out of this place when the roads are icy. Access to bus lines and shopping, convenience stores, off-street parking, whether your neighbors are quiet, whether the landlord allows dogs. Dogs make noise, but they need to be walked at all hours, so there is more likely to be traffic in your building, and that makes it safer. And people who are walking dogs are more likely to be friendly to strangers. Others Clifton is not really dangerous. Correyville is the place to avoid. I have not heard of the website you mentioned, but if you have feelings of uneasiness, maybe you can meet some people and share an apartment together. You can also contact the management and ask them what steps they take to ensure the safety of the tenants that rent from them. |
