My friend and I are going to cincinnati for the weekend in a few weeks, does anyone have any hotel suggestions |
Travel Info We would like to check out the bar scene at night, so Im not sure where a good place to stay would be. I wouldnt mind staying somewhere downtown. So if you have any input, please share. Travel Tips if you want to stay downtown the best hotels in your price range would most probably be either the Millenium or the Hyatt. Both are on west 5th st. and the majority of the bars downtown are just two blocks up on 7th st. Alot of people go just a couple of miles across the river into Kentucky to the bars in Covington or Newport on the Levee. The best places to stay on the Kentucky side would be the Comfort Suites in Newport or the Holiday inn in Covington. Hope you enjoy your stay in Cincy! Source(s): I live here. Other Travel Tips I would check out either hotels.com or expedia.com to see if there are any hotel deals. I don't know how much the Garfield Suites would be per night but you can ask. The Westin might be over $150.00 per night. There is also a Ramada Inn about 1 or 2 miles from downtown and a Comfort Suites in northern Kentucky. There is also a Marriott Hotel in northern Kentucky that you can try. check out the quality inn, in northern KY. in covington. just a very short distance from down town Cincinnati. it also in walking distance of mainstruse, a little community in covington, has very nice bars,taverns,and restaurants. and is much safer place for you to be in. the hotel also has a revolving restaurant on the top floor. a very nice veiw of the river and Cincinnati river front, and surrounding area of northern Kentucky. |
