Which creeks in recent history have changed course near Cleveland?

Travel Info
A few months ago to a few years ago, there was a flood. The creek got off course, and decided to go a different way then it had been going before. It stayed this way and the other creekbed dried out. Does anyone remember where this was and does anyone know where I can find an article? I want to show science students. Thanks!

Travel Tips
The first article I have listed talks about the new channel carved in the beach at Headlands State Park in Mentor/Painesville, Ohio during this summer's flooding. You should be able to find pictures, stories, and even video through these links and by checking other Cleveland, Ohio media outlets. It was extensively covered by the local media and a quick check shows that most of their content is still live. Source(s): http://www.wkyc.com/news/news_article.as...
