If your in school ,join the volleyball team.Or look for some recreational volleyball in your community.

Others
join a volleyball team.....i just started on my jr. high team 2 wks ago and it really works. if you can't join a team just get a volleyball and practice bumping, setting and serving it. Volleyball may seem like a sissy sport but it really requires a lot of strength and devotion. if u have any further questions, e-mail me at ctallygirl567@aol.com
