Travel Info Can anyone tell me what Columbus Ohio is like to live in? Travel Tips I used to live here as well, and you might as well stay in Cleveland. There is nothing good except the 3 major malls: Easton, Polaris, and Tuttle. Even those are cringe worthy. Others THE BEST CITY IN THE USA. A toilet. Flush when done. Maybe a double flusher. its great go buckeyes!!! Columbus is your typical mid-west city. A friendly place that does not have much culture. Having "The" Ohio State University there will help a little, but overall a friendly place that people of middle management get their 2500 sq. ft. house and raise a family. I would not speak so highly of any other city in Ohio. The state is a model for the ultimate conservative state. The city of Cleveland and all the surrounding areas have absolutely nothing to offer. Erie is disgusting, Akron and Canton have more crime than Los Angeles (per capita) and the sun never shines on Northeast Ohio. The clouds move in around September and you will NOT see the sun until February. Good Luck! There is at least one shooting or one murder per day! True, very sad but very true. I live very close. So if you want to move to that area, move to the suburbs, not in the city. God bless**** It's a double bagger of a city. So boring unless you're a college student. |
