Well, it would depend on the area. Some parts are okay with a DSL from SBC, while others suck. Some of the eastern suburbs have a really bad time with SBC/ATT and find that Adelphia/Time Warner is better. Personally, where I live, AT&T DSL is really bad, so I went with a cable modem. Works fine and I have no trouble at all. When I had a DSL through the phone company, I had to reboot the DSL modem once or twice every day.

Sadly to say because I hate them it would be ATT/SBC.I lived there and had them.Others sucked.
