Travel Info if u did, how is it????????????????????????????... Travel Tips We've been there 4 times.. It's very nice.. There are lots of things to do for several different age groups. They have a wading pool for the little ones... several levels of water slides for the bigger kids.. (some not so big or scary or enclosed).. They have a big hot tub for "Adults only"... The rooms are nice.. they seem to be getting a little more beat up than we first started going.. There's an arcade on the lower level that will suck your money.. I know they have a kid's camp - but each time we've been there.. it hasn't been open the hours we were there? I'm not sure what's the deal with that.. It's expensive to eat there in the restaurants.. but there is a "Steak and Shake" in the front yard (walking distance) and some other fast food restaurants about 2 minutes away.. And they do have a cute little singing moose in the lobby, and in the evenings, all the kids come down to the big lobby (which is beautiful, by the way) in their pajamas, and the moose, and one of the staff people read them a story and sing songs before they go to bed.. That's very cute for them, so don't miss that if you have kids. Have fun! Others It would be much nicer if there wasn't quite so many wolves. They ate old Sid. Great Wolf Lodge is a blast. There are lots of water slides for every skill level to enjoy. There are lots of lifeguards to watch over everyone. I also enjoyed the 2 different hot tubs, one for adults one for families. The hotel staff was great, there are scheduled activities for kids/adults. The rooms are spacious & clean. i went when it first opened..nice place..nice to be close to cedar point. the waterpark is nice but prices are very expensive ...i think there is a 2 night min. as well. nice place to go in the winter when there's nothing else to do with your kids |
