We are planning on moving to this area. We have narrowed it down to Willoughby, Willowick, and Mentor to actually live. Everything we have read about these three cities have been good, does anyone have anything negative to add? Just so we will have all the facts. Also, a lot of apartment sites list a lot for Cleveland but not so much for the cities I listed. Is this because these cities don't have much to offer as far as apartment sites are concerned?
Travel Tips
Mentor is in an area called the snow belt. It is common (in the winter) to have over a foot of snow. So you need to be prepared for rough road travel in the winter.
As for apartments, those cities just do not have as many as others. You may want to look into renting a small house instead or moving into a row house. The rent may be the same as a good apartment or just a bit more. |
