Apartment Dilemma?

Travel Info
When your lease is up & u wanna saty there still do they start a new lease or do a month to month?

Travel Tips
you would have to talk to your landlord. Most will give you the option to renew your lease. If you go month to month contract, it often times cost more. Just ask when you will be recieving a new lease agreement for the coming year.

Per Ohio law, if your landlord accepts your payment for the month after your lease is over, you are entitled to be there for that month, even if there is a written lease or not

Others
I'd just renew the lease.
ultimately its up to the landlord on whether or not you can renew the lease. but assuming that you can renew it you should talk to the landlord if you want a month to month deal. i'm sure they will be accommodating since you have already proven you are a trustworthy tenant.
the best and easiest way to do this is renew your lease... just go tell your landlord that the lease is almost finished and you don't want to leave.

If you stay without saying anything, it might become a periodic lease like a month to month. but if you already know that you want to stay, i don't see any reason that you wouldn't want to go to your landlord and do this officially. the landlord will assist you with whatever type of lease you want.
That is entirely up to the landlord. God bless****
