Who wins the battle? East or West?

Travel Info
I've lived in Cleveland my whole life, and I always here of the "battle of the east and west." I want to know which side is better and why. I personally think that the west side is better, but that is only because I've lived there my whole life, and I don't really know much about the East side. Help.

Travel Tips
I have driven a lot thru Cleveland, and i preferred the Westside too.

I think East side is better because there is more to do, everything is cleaner, and people are nicer. I say this having grown up in Mentor and now have been living in Parma Hts for the past 5 years. I miss mentor.
in a fist fight.....The West, of course..

you talkin about E. or W. Clevland, oh
who cares......
West Side.
Bull, the Eastside is better all day. You guys only think the west becuz that's cleaner and has more established suburbs and it's atmosphere is different.
I've lived on the East side all my life from Shaker Heights to Cleveland, University Heights to the Hood and when I even visit the West it seems depressing and boring as hell.
The East is better hands down, better places to eat, damn not everyone on the West is PuertoRican we like other stuff than Taco's and Mexican Grilles, better places to shop, sexier guys and girls to look at. East Side all day.
The East side does have it's nice, cultural sides.
That being said, hands DOWN the West side is better!
(and safer!)
Although, I like both east-side/west side eastside has some different shopping venues and restaurants it's a nightmare to get around with the traffic...Westside has some good nightlife...Lakewood is the city of bars! I grew up there, there's practically a bar on every corner!
