highly suspect for sure.

What I'm having a hard time with is the fact that the police aren't paying attention to what the child said/saw. It's taken them days to get in and search his house - why. It takes less than an hour to get a search warrant.

Do I have to be from Cleveland to answer??? Cause I want to....I think from what the public knows so far,he sounds guilty...but we don't know everything that the investigators know...so to make assumptions is really unfair.
i didnt think so at first but now that the search has been going on a while i do... stuff is coming up that points fingers at him-like he didnt even check on his son after he was supposed to have been dropped off

I'm still an Ohioan at heart, (I lived 65 miles east of Cleveland nearly all of my life) even though I am now living in the south, so I will give my opinion. I hate to point a finger at anyone but it's starting to look as though Mr. Cutts is involved directly or indirectly. What became of Jessie's cell phone? I have been following Nancy Grace & Larry King nightly. I feel so badly for Jessie's family. They have now read Bobby Cutts his miranda rights, so don't tell me that he's not a suspect. I am hoping that the baby who was dropped off on the nurse's doorstep, is Baby Chole, Jessie's baby, but we'll have to see what the DNA results are. Little Blake, Jessie's two year old son has made some very helpful comments. However, if it was his daddy who is involved in Jessie's disappearance, & he was at the crime scene, wouldn't he have said so. (ex: daddy made mommy cry, etc. If Bobby Cutts isn't involved directly, he may know who did.
i like to think not.once again its hard to imagine a thing like happening to what are suppose to be normal people.its really scary these days to think we really know some one.
