Yes I did. I am actually a relative, and had a number of conversations about the incident. He has been very clear in stating to the family that he wasn't clear on the definition of the term. The fact is that he is up every work day at 3am, and on air by 5pm. Being that he is also a Cavs season ticket holder, the previous night he was up very late, and thus a little hazy during the morning broadcast. He acknowledges that it was a mistake.
There were rumors around Cleveland that he had been fired because he was off air the following week, that were untrue. He was on vacation with his family that week, and had no idea that soooo many stories were being run.
We actually find the whole bit hilarious!!!!
