Chances of Finding an Apartment in Madrid?

Yea its that time again to hunt for an apartment. So far I have been looking at Segunda Mano but nothing appeals to me. What i am looking for is a large 1 bedroom or small 2 bedroom with at least 45Mq2 of space. Im willing to pay up to 700 euro a month. Anyone have any best ways to go about finding an apartment? Segundamano sucks, sometimes on the good apartment they dont even list a phone number.
