Least expenseive way to get to Ireland.?

March 10th my husband and I will celebrate 25 years of marriage and we would like to take a trip to Ireland. Any suggestions on the best cost effective way to do that? We have 5 kids (2 still at home and 1 in college) and not alot of money.
