Travel Info How is the president of Costa Rica Travel Tips I agree with 02's answer. However since I don't remember Carazo's government because I was very little, I can tell you that the Abel Pacheco's government is the WORST I've ever seen. As a human being, he is a good person, humble and funny, but as president he is really stupid and inapt. He has made the worst decisions and the government has been a complete chaos. At this moment, it's almost impossible to have a good living here in Costa Rica, everything is extremely expensive.
