Travel Info comments please Travel Tips Go to Arenal !!! It was one of my high points. Plenty of ways to spend the day... They have excellent, natural hot springs and, of course, the active volcano is amazing to see... especially at night, you can see the lava spewing out!!! ...and when you go, take a canopy zip ride through the jungle!!!! It has nice beaches. Full of party people. Mostly for single guys, not girls or couples. Go to Nassau Bahamas if you are going as a couple or single girl. Love it! Costa Rica has something for everyone. Many active volcanos to visit, awesome National Parks loaded with animals and beautiful birds, quiet areas surrounded by the Caribbean or the Pacific with views that are breathtaking. Lovely people who treat you special when you are a tourist and always willing to help you out when you need it. From December - April, very little rainfall and wonderful "summer time" when winters are cold up north. Rainy season May-November bring the tropical rainforest to life with monkeys, sloths, birds, etc. loving every minute of it. Constant temperatures no heavy coats allowed. What more could one want? Cheap food? Huge plates for $4 or less..... Come on down! |
