I liked the pacific coast very much
A place called Arenal, there is an active volcano there thats been going for about 30 years & at night you can sit in the hot springs & watch the red molten lava roll down its banks
the beach!!!
Mount Arenal, Tobacan Hot Springs, Cafe Britt coffee plantation/factory, Corabichi River (see the crocs), the rain forest, etc.
Anywhere in Costa Rica is awesome. I really like Quepos.. It wonderful. I spend New Years Eve in 2000 there. I also spent a lot of time in Playa Jaco. It is a non touristy spot. You can't go wrong in Costa Rica..
