Anyone been to Tamarindo or San Jose, Costa Rica? |
Travel Info What did you love/hate about it the most? Travel Tips I was in Tamarindo in May 2004. I hated the road from San Jose to Tamarindo because it was full of potholes. Other than that, I loved everything about Tamarindo. We stayed at El Capitan Suizo hotel. It is located in a quiet area of the town. I loved the beach, the ocean, the tours that we took (snorkeling, sunset cruise). Check out Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course, it is a paradise! Be careful in San Jos茅 (downtown) lots of pickpockets, specially when they see tourists! San Jose. Its is beautiful worse to visit. San Jose, what a great city. It bothered me that there no perception of personal space, but I got used to it. |
