Travel Info i love the ocean side of costa rica ..and how safe you feel Travel Tips For sure, get some land. I woud offer 2 pieces of advise though... 1. Make sure you purchase through a reputable firm. Otherwise, a random broker may sell you land with fake paperwork and screw you. It pays to spend a bit on a good real estate firm. 2. Look around. Property prices have been in the rise. Some think a real estate bubble is happening. Just make sure that if something happens in the real estate market, that you won`t feel like you way overpaid! Just common sense. Land is a good investment though... enjoy!! (I hope I didnt sound too negative. THATS THE 2ND DUMBEST THING IVE SEEN ALL DAY WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU Go for the one's made out of boxes, or being sold by hobo's those are good. True - but as you can see, property in Costa Rica has climbed a lot in the past 10 years - it is no longer a 'great' deal but if you want to move there, then go for it. sure! get one for me too! |
