Dont get ripped off in costa rica?

I just got back, the place was awesome, but I got ripped off by mapache rent a car. They added alot of charges when I was turning the car in. They wrote them in on the form after I had signed it. beware!!! I am going back in 2 weeks but will never give them buisness again. everything else was A+

BUT AS FAR AS BEING CAREFUL THAT GOES FOR ALL COUNTRIES AND ALL TRAVELERS!!!

If they wrote on the contract after you signed it, your copy should reflect it. You shouldn't have paid the extra charges.
