Anyone recommend a good internet provider in/around Liberia, Costa Rica?

Prefer an ISP that can offer broadband of some sort, dsl or cable kind of thing.

Unfortunatley I think there is only one internet provider in the country--racsa which is part of ICE the utility monopoly.

Others
There is only one ISP. but there are several companies that bring the service to your home or business. One is of course the telephone company (ICE) as dial-up and ADSL. Another is Racsa through dial-up. The cable TV companies also offer the service as DSL connections.
