First things first, where are you from, are you willing to leave your country and establish in Panama? You should call the embassy of Panama in your country, but make sure you could work in Panama. First of all congratulations. Now if you want to get married in Panama you have to provide certain documents from your home country. Get your birth certificate, and a bachelor certificate (or similar) from your home country and have them either apostilled or authenticated at a Panamanian Consulate. Ask an attorney if you need help with the terms and procedures. Here in Panama you have to get your blood test and your good health certificate.
