Has anyone visited Brasilito on the NIcoya Peninsula Costa Rica? Or near by Playa Flamingo or Tamarindo?

Talk to expats before you buy.
I went to Tamarindo for Spring Break in March of '04. Property is expensive! Surf town. Lots of tourists. Fun times.
