Should I move to Costa Rica or Puerto Rico. I am 22 and want to party and meet gorgeous girls. Which one?

I am basing my decision off off of the nightlife and the girls. I am caucasian and great looking.

P Diddy. Try Costa Rica. The cost of living in Puerto Rico is is mind blowing (higher than continental US). I do think Puerto Ricans party harder, however Costa Rican girls are definitely better looking.
