Christopher Columbus landed on the Caribbean cost in Costa Rica on his 3th trip in 1502. He landed on the island of Cariari.
Cristoval Colon, or in American history books Christopher Columbus. He also stopped in Puerto Limon on his fourth and final voyage. Puerto Limon grew to be and still is a very important and busy port in the Carribean.
