Most importantly, you need to work with someone (and a company) with integrity. Buying real estate in Costa Rica or anywhere in Central America is much different from purchasing or selling in the US. You should also become very familiar with the area you're interested in (by spending many weeks or months there) before purchasing anything. Puntarenas is a Province and extends from North and West of San Jose along the coast all the way to Panama. Where are you talking about? |
