Travel Info Has anyone been there ??? Is it a nice place ??? Travel Tips If I were twenty years younger and in better health I would be living there right now! For about $600.00 a month USD a person can live like a king! And the folks that think that it is expensive just haven't been to the right places! Things are about one third what they cost here in the States! And the Coffee as well as their Beer "Imperial" and "Imperial Light" are the best beers in the world. Not to mention that their women are the most beautiful women in the world that put American girls to shame! Its located in between the Country's of Nicaragua on the North and Panama on the South and the Caribbean is on the East side of it and the Pacific is on the West side of it. In the Central Valley where its capital San Jose is located it never gets below 59 degrees or above 82 degrees at any time! And the Floridians who think they live in Paradise don't know what they are missing because Costa Rica is truly a Paradise! VIVA LA PURA VIDA! Source(s): a realist and Tico at heart! Costa Rica is a beautiful country in central america. it touches both the pacific and caribbean oceans. I visited Playa Conchal, a beach on the pacific coast. It is a wonderful country with a lot to do. There are great secluded beaches near the coast and volcanic mountains (with great hot springs) in the central part of the country. Friends of mine studied abroad there for a semester to better their Spanish and loved it! Tons of beautiful beaches, you can go ziplining, see the rainforest and a number of volcanoes. But it's expensive unlike most other Central American countries. |
