Costa Rica Questions - How do I get to Jaco beach? |
Travel Info How is the bus to Jaco - long? does it have many stops, or is it non-stop to Jaco. Also, are there tattoo shops in Jaco? Travel Tips The public bus does stop a few times and it is about 3 hours but it is very cheap. You can take a hotel to hotel shuttle from San Jose non-stop to Jaco for about $35. See interbus or grey lines for details. I think I saw a tatoo shop there when I was last there about 2 years ago. Others Jaco is about an hour to an hour and half outside of San Jose, it is a large city with a lot to do, I have only driven through it twice when I was traveling futher south. It is a nice ride through the mountians to the coast, if you have never been you should really enjoy the Costa Rican Culture!!! The bus to Jaco is not too bad, it is best to leave early in the AM to avoid traffic... There are stops, not many and yes, there are tattoo shops in Jaco... |
