Montezuma is gorgeous and cheap for someone on a budget but too touristy. My advice to you is if a "worker" from nearby tells you about cheap real estate in the area, just say no. My friend was almost tricked into buying a house that was owned by people who were on vacation, its common so be on you best guard.
