Crocodile Bay is in Puerto Jimenez in the Zona Sur. You can fly Sansa (flysansa.com), from San Jose to Puerto Jimenez, on 1 of 2-3 daily flights.
It is basically a sport fishing lodge, very comfortable, and tourist oriented. From there you can join tours of Corcovado National Park, hiking thry the jungle seeing lots of various plants & animals. Kayaking and other water sports are also available.
