Why they call it the "Rainy Season" I will never know! a realist and a Tico at heart! Here in Golfiito in the southern zone, it rains and hour or two most every day. Oh yea, at about the same time every day too, so you know when it's coming. That way you can plan you daily activities around the rain. May is in the rainy season. It rains most of the afternoon almost every day. When I say rain I mean "RAIN!!!!". Bring something to read as there is nothing to do outside during this time. I gets really muddy and the roads (dirt) get washed out and the bridges get dangerous. |
