Where should I travel to first: Manuel Antonio or La Fortuna ? |
Travel Info I am arriving to San Jose Costa Rica and am planning to go to Manuel Antonio and La Fortuna. Which route should I travel first from San Jose: La Fortuna then M.A. then back to S.J. or La Fortuna then M.A. then S.J. I am leaving in a week arriving on a Sat. and departing a week later on a Monday. And any suggestions re clothing to pack? I know it is the green season. Travel Tips come and visit us, but go to la fortuna first and then manuel antonio. it's because i know that you would like to hop on the hot water springs. if you come from manuel antonio tanned or probably sun burned, you won't enjoy it cuz it hurts so much. i also recommend a place called montezuma. is amazing and there are too many neat stuff there too. beach, rivers, waterfalls... i'm going there this weekend. that's my favorite place here to spend time. but anywhere you go, enjoy it. take care and if you need anything just ask' Others grow wings and fly Well, a little more info would be helpful....Are you renting a car? Are those the only two spots you are seeing while in C.R.? Manuel Antonio is beautiful and is a main stop for most gringo's in Costa Rica. I would travel there first and enjoy and hit La Fortuna on your way back. The roads here are for the most part in very poor shape and driving can be a pain in the rear.....The weather should be hot in the mornings with rain in the aftrenoon.
