How is the job market In Costa Rica?

Travel Info
If someone were looking to relocate what are the better paying jobs and/or in what cities?

Travel Tips
Its actually booming!

Teaching English and Computer Sciences are the best jobs you can probably have in Costa Rica.

Check out the want ads in the "Tico Times, San Jose, Costa Rica" - and you will see what I mean!

Good Luck! Source(s): a realist and a Tico at heart!
Other Travel Tips
the only city (or big town) here is San Jose, if you are fluenty in eglish you can get a job in a call center for $800-$1000 to start.
Native english teachers!
Or work in call centers or sportsbooks. In San Jose, Heredia or Guanacaste.
Surfing and diving teachers!! They make the $$$ here!!
Unless you can prove that the job you can do is a real speciality type job then you have no right to work. You would be a tourist. The law says a tourist CANNOT work in a job that a Tico can do. Wages are low . A bartender makes 40,000 colonies a week $90. Construction workers skilled ones make $120/week. So don't think you are going to get rich here.
