How much is an apartment in Puntarenas, Costa Rica? |

An apartment rate begins around $600. A hotel room around $25 per night the lower price offcourse the quality wont be better than one with a higher price, but it depends . I can give you better details if you want that, but I'll need more information. Example: Equipped Apartment (kitchen, bedroom, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, table, tv, etc.) Or a hotel room (equipped or just the bedroom and bathroom) Also, if you'll rent a car its necesary a parking area. Where exactly do you want to be? Puntarenas itself is a small fishing town, and it's not exactly "nice"...so you can get rent for cheap...I'd say no more than $200-300 on average. But its going to vary drastically depending on how high end or low end you're searching for...furnished...non furnished, etc. If you go into nicer beach towns or more developed areas, the prices go up... and can sky rocket to $1000+. So, like anywhere else, it depends on where you want to be...and how much you need to live comfortably. |
