Oh yeah, great place, but it's become too touristy in town where the cruise ships stop, there's lots of American stores there now. It's better to rent a jeep and drive to the other side of the island, much more relaxed there.

Yes, I was there 2 weeks ago. It was beautiful.
Going for the diving? Get yourself reservations on a live on cruise and dive some of the most beautiful underwater sites you've ever seen, sit back and relax!
It is nice.. a great place to snorkel and dive. Bring your own equipment if you can but I loved a place called Xel-ha (across the bay towards Cancun) for either activity much better.
Yes I've been there twice.
I stayed at El Cozumeleno.
Its the best hotel there.
