Travel Info When is the best time to travel to Cozumel, Mexico? We are planning a family vacation in either February or May. We need to know when the best time to go is? Determined by Weather or Price. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions... Thanks. Travel Tips The high season in Mexico is late November to early April. This is when the weather is best but prices are highest. It's hot down there, but starting in late April it gets really really hot down there. If you don't mind really hot weather and you're looking to save some money, you can go late April or May. Otherwise, the best time for you would be February. Others I think May would be best. It will be hot, but it will save you money and that is the point on vacationing in Mexico is the hot weather. My family went to Los Cabo in June of last year and loved the hot weather and the price tag! Cozumel is great! It was the second vacation I ever took to Mexico and had a fabulous time. You will love it! It gets very hot in the summer. I was there in Dec. and it was mild, warm and comfortable. I'd go in Feb. I stayed a week in May. It was the best. Cheap trip..not crowded at all....good time to go....nice weather.......not too hot... Have fun.....!!!!!!!!! I miss it there so much, Im really considering moving :) |
