Has Cozumel recovered from the hurricane? I heard it was still pretty tore up?

I also heard tht the snorkeling has suffered from hurrican damage as well.

Just got back (Jan 26th) and it is pretty good. Some changes but still very good. You will never know the difference just snorkeling !!
