IWhere can I charter a boat to take me and a small group of friends from cancun to cozumel.? |
Travel Info I've been trying to find a boat that will take me and about 10 or so people from cancun to cozumel. We're staying at the Moon Palace and we wanted to go to cozumel palace while in mexico. I'm not sure if the Moon Palace as transportation. Travel Tips Taking the ferry is probably your best bet. It can be taken from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel Island, Mexico. The ferry ride leaves almost every hour until late evening. $10 US per person each way. PLAYA DEL CARMEN TO COZUMEL SCHEDULE 8:00a, 9:00a, 10:00a, 11:00a, noon, 1:00p 3:00p, 4:00p, 5:00p, 6:00p, 7:00p, 9:00p, 11:00p Others You can take the ferry for about $ 4 Take a Taxi or Bus to Playa Del Carmen and then the Ferry accross to San Miguel Cozumel.It's about $ 11.00 Us per person,each way and well worth it. On Cozumel explore the town or rent a car to drive around the island , stop at Coconuts on the other side for a drink and snorkel at Punta Sur .It is amazing there! Stop in at La Palapita for a beer at my fav beach club near town(between Cozumel Palace and the international ferry pier to the south of town)and say HOLA to Mike from Denver and Leo!! Have Fun! |
