Cozumel snorkeling excursions which are the best value? |
Travel Info We will be on the Carnival Inspiration in June and are looking for advice on excursions, very interested in snorkeling. There are serveral other excursions you may interested in. Have fun and don't forget the under water camera s I understand it is more expensive to book anyhting on a cruiseship than to do it when You get there or online. I would get off the boat and rent a car to drive Yourself around the island as it is not that big and not hard to do.This way You can stop at many different places if You like.Our favorite is Punta Sur Park on the other side.The snorkeling is the best i've ever seen and it has a huge stretch of beautiful beach! Good place to rent a cheap car is Less Pay at the Barracuda Hotel ( orange building right on the water near cruise ship piers) Also stop at Coconuts on the other side for the view and more...and at La Palapita my all time fav. beach bar on the town side between the 2 cruise ship piers. Enjoy! www.cozumelinsider.com Hi, I think you'll enjoy Aqua World for a Snorkeling Tour. If you're experienced in Skin(Snorkel) diving there is a Marine Park Chinkanab on Cozumel. It's very popular with tourist at this park you can Snorkel with Dolphins and other marine life. Or if you are adventurous rent a jeep and drive around the island you can find a lot of very good beach diving. There is a spot just south of San Miguel near the Fiesta Americana that has a great snorkeling beach, you can't miss it. You can also take a $6.00 cab ride. Enjoy.... Spent a couple of weeks on Cozumel diving and snorkeling. I went with Dive House and Black Shark Dive Shop. |
