I guess the question of time change has to do with what time zone you are in...when we go from Texas, there is no time change (Central).
I don't generally watch alot of tv when I'm there but I do know most of the hotels have a wide variety of programming and it's very possible you can get the Disney Channel. I know they had the WB there last year (prior to CW).
