Scuba diving regulations in Couzemel? |
Travel Info I'm traveling to Couzemel in about three weeks. I've heard the diving is extraordinary there and would love to go. I'm currently not a certified diver, but still want to dive. In Couzemel do you have to be certified to scuba? Or do you take a class prior to diving? Also if anyone has gone was it as good as everyone says it is? Travel Tips Certainly you can dive in Cozumel even though you are an uncertified diver. You can take what's called a Resort Course. This includes a 2 hour class and then they take you on a shallow dive where you are fully supervised. I have done it myself there and it was great fun.
