Cozumel is a fun place, but to be honest, the nightlife is dependent on the number of cruise ships in port and the time of the year. We went in August last year and there were hardly any people out at Carlos & Charlies and Senor Frogs . But the year before, we went the first week of June and it was a blast - tons of people.
