I use them once for a cruise and it was extremely simple Good Luck in your search Norwegian NCL.com or Princess.com are the 2 that offer the lowest fares and will be glad to send you a free brouchure. Not sure about kids under 10. If you can Seattle is much easier to get around in than Vancouver. Both sites will explain about cabins & price. If a member of AAA they can book everything & save you money or you can deal direct with cruise line.
