Go directly to the source: www.hardingbros.co.uk they have shops in some 40 ships. Interviews are over the phone. Its easy to get in, provided your english is good. Avoid Starboard, pays less, the work evironement is terrible and unfriendly. They have more ships though. Hardings pays 160pounds a week + commission.
