Travel Info What's the Best way to get to Brooklyn Cruise Terminal (preferrably using public transportation without a whole lot of walking) from Westchester or Grand Central? And how much does it cost? Thanks. Travel Tips There is limited public transportation to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, the simplest option is to take a taxi from Grand Central. Unlike the terminal in Manhattan, there just aren't a lot of public transit lines that run through Red Hook to the terminal. You could look at taking the subway from Grand Central into Brooklyn and then catching a cab from somewhere in Brooklyn, but that may be more trouble than it's worth. The other option is to check if some of the "airport sedan" type services would be willing to offer a transfer from Westchester to the terminal instead of JFK... Others The best way would probably be to take a taxi or find out if there is a shuttle bus that goes there, and go to where its terminal is. sa |
