The English language doesn't prevail in all countries yet unfortunately. in Portugal everyone speaks English. same in Holland and maybe Germany. However you'll find Spain, France, Italy and Greece are a bit resistant. that's the real world. shame you had to take a cruise to realise it! they always speak English in films dont they? its not true my friend. or maybe u didn't tip and they were just being stubborn But they...
